Service Preface – Please Read Before Booking
 

• All prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on coat condition, behaviour, time required, or additional services needed.
   

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all grooming appointments.
   

• We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within this window or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
   

• We prioritise your dog’s emotional safety over completion of a groom. We will never force a dog through any procedure they are uncomfortable with.
   

• Prices do not decrease if your dog does not allow certain components to be completed (e.g., nails, face trimming, drying). The time and appointment space are still allocated.
   

• We will not force dogs into the grooming bath or onto the table. Desensitisation may be required over several visits for anxious or fearful dogs.
   

• For safety, staff may request owner assistance if your dog requires comfort support, calming presence, or cooperative handling.
   

• Please treat our groomers with kindness and respect. Grooming can be physically and emotionally demanding, and we appreciate a positive partnership with all clients.
